Great customer service, excellent product, and in my kids words, "Best Party Ever!" I specifically wanted a bounce house that adults and kids could play on, not just kids. After contacting a few places I found online, I was getting frustrated. Then I got a response from Allstar Bounce KC. No AI chatbots, no uninformed salesperson, just a kind, knowledgeable human that connected us to exactly the experience we were looking for! We got the Ninja 5 in 1 Wet/Dry Combo and let me tell you it was so big and so fun! Our backyard was the place to be! I didn't even know that you could attach a hose and make the fun increase SO much! This particular bounce house had all sorts of features that made it extra fun and never boring, including a slide and obstacles -I don't know what to call them, some prongs or shapes to make things interesting- my kids called them laser beams and punching bags.
